A Typical Day at ERA
Structure provides safety. Here's what a day looks like for students.
Wake Up & Morning Routine
Students wake up, make their beds, shower, and prepare for the day ahead. Personal hygiene and room cleanliness are part of building responsibility.
Goal Setting Therapy
Every morning starts with intention. Students set personal goals for the day, focusing on which core values they want to practice and what they want to accomplish.
Breakfast Nutrition
Healthy, balanced breakfast prepared by our on-campus chef. Students practice table manners and social skills during meals.
Academic Classes Academic
Blended learning through Coral Sands Academy combines online coursework with on-campus instruction. Each student follows their own individualized academic plan.
Lunch & Break Nutrition
Nutritious lunch followed by some free time. Students may use this time for personal reflection, reading, or casual interaction with peers.
Group Therapy Therapy

Individual or Family Therapy Therapy
One-on-one sessions with assigned therapist or scheduled family therapy via video call. Students receive 1-3 individual sessions per week based on their needs.
Fitness & Recreation Fitness
Daily physical activity—workouts, sports, hiking, or other recreational activities. Exercise is proven to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and build confidence.

Core Value Discussion & Journaling Therapy
Every evening ends with reflection. Students discuss the day through the lens of the 8 Core Values, journal about their progress, and prepare for tomorrow.
Quiet Time & Lights Out
Wind-down time for reading, reflection, or quiet activities. Students get the rest they need—good sleep is essential for emotional regulation and healing.
Life is Coed—So is ERA
Learning to interact appropriately with all genders is essential for real-world success. Our program is fully integrated during the day, with separate sleeping facilities at night.
